Inclusive movement and connection for children of all abilities.

Move. Connect. Belong… Differently.

Move. Connect. Belong… Differently.

Connection First. Participation Second.

What makes us different?

1. Inclusive by Design

Our programs are intentionally structured to support children who may not feel comfortable in traditional sporting environments.

2. Predictable & Safe

Consistent routines and gentle structure help children feel confident, calm, and ready to engage.

3. Community-Led

Supported by caring parents and youth volunteers, we model empathy, leadership, and belonging.

The Five Foundations of Connect 5.

At Connect 5 Club, every activity is built around five simple but powerful foundations.

These shapes aren’t just fun visuals — they represent what every child deserves when they walk into our space.

Safety.

We create a welcoming environment where children feel calm, supported, and able to participate in their own way.

Belonging.

Every child is valued. No one is left out. Inclusion isn’t something we talk about — it’s something we practice.

Participation.

There is no pressure to compete or perform. Children are encouraged to join in at their own pace.

Connection.

A sense of connection helps children feel safe enough to step in, join the group, and be themselves.

Confidence.

Through small wins and gentle encouragement, children build belief in themselves.

Frequently Asked Questions.

  • Connect 5 Club is designed for children who may not feel comfortable or confident in traditional team sports, but still want to move, play and be part of something.

It is ideal for children who benefit from a more relaxed, supportive environment where participation matters more than performance. Many of our children have additional needs, sensory differences, learning differences, or simply prefer a smaller, calmer group setting.

Each session is structured but flexible, with simple activities and stations that encourage movement, confidence, friendship and belonging. Children can participate at their own pace and are always supported to feel safe and included.

Connect 5 Club is primarily designed for primary school aged children, so participants must be at least pre-prep school aged to attend (4+). However, we understand that development and needs do not always match age. High school students who would feel more comfortable in this environment are very welcome to join too.

If your child enjoys being active but struggles in highly competitive environments, Connect 5 Club may be a wonderful fit.

  • No.

Children do not need a formal diagnosis to participate.
We welcome families who feel their child would benefit from a supportive and inclusive environment.

  • That’s completely okay.

Connect 5 isn’t about competition or performance.
Children move through activity stations at their own pace, with choice built into the session.

Participation looks different for every child — and that’s respected.

  • Bec, a primary school trained teacher guides the sessions and runs the group activities. She is assisted by a team of volunteers who run the stations and help the participants develop their gross motor skills.

Most volunteers are teenagers who assist with demonstrating activities, encouraging participation and helping the session run smoothly.

Parents or carers remain responsible for supervising their own child from outside the activity space and must stay on site during the session.

All adult volunteers hold a valid Working with Children Check.

  • Each Connect 5 session includes:

    • A whole group activity to start the session
    • Five simple movement/ skill building stations
    • Choice-based participation
    • A fun whole group game at the end of the session

The structure remains consistent each week to create predictability and a sense of security, while games and activities change to keep things engaging.

  • Connect 5 Club is just the beginning.

As Noah Nation grows, we hope to offer:

    • Holiday programs
    • Community events
    • Youth leadership opportunities
    • Inclusive family gatherings

Our goal is to build a connected, welcoming community where every child feels they belong.

Who we are.

A Community Built on Belonging.

Noah Nation exists to create welcoming spaces where school aged children and young people of all abilities feel seen, supported, and valued.

We believe inclusion isn’t a program — it’s how we show up.

Through movement, connection, and community-led leadership, we create environments where children can participate at their own pace, without pressure or comparison.

Here, every child belongs exactly as they are.

Let’s Build Belonging Together.

Join a community where every child is welcomed, valued, and supported.
